    Hi Denso, these are not an issue, I believe the waste from these can go to a rain drain ? Which is accessible, quite easily at that side of the house. The floor is standard wooden joists !! I intend to exit the exterior wall and slope off to a 3" gutter down pipe.

    Thanks for the reply Denso. I would really like to avoid the digging if at all possible. Simply as it would mean digging up the drive, etc, etc and a great deal more expense. So I guess what I really want to know is.... Is it possible to do it WITHOUT digging and laying a NEW drainage...
