Ok to just power it down open panel , it will go off internally , unplug the psu connector it just pulls off , open battery compartment on the rear of the control panel , unplug the battery ….the alarm is now dead…go up ladders open bell box and unplug battery packs ….all done until you need to...

Only need 5mm red plug …it’s too big

Use a standard carbide drill ( for drilling brick ) BUT don’t use hammer setting , use normal drill setting , it will drill the tile fine when you have got passed the tile , switch to hammer

If you look around you can get a kit with the 4 zone controller , keypad and sensors
