    Removing tile dado rail border without damaging others

    Hi guys, I don't like the patterned tiles in my two bathrooms. I was hoping to just remove the patterned tiles without damaging the surrounding tiles. Is it possible to chip out or angle grid out the patterned tiles from the below photo? Many thanks

    How to repair this brick?

    The bolt to the window security bars sinks into the brick in the picture but the hole in the brick has worn away and it's not a secure fit. I think the brick runs under the patio door frame so it's probably not a good idea to try and remove the brick and replace it? I was thinking it may...

    Poor job by carpenter.....how to fix

    A carpenter in Spain put a new frame around the door and left an untidy edge around the existing light switch. How can i make this look better? Cut away the wood or maybe find a surround to lay over the top? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Hi guys, I am replacing my euro cylinder locks and the front door lock measures 25/ 45 (internal/ external). However I can't find any locks that small. The closest is 35/45. Would this fit, albeit stick out 5mm on the inside? Here's a picture if it helps:

    Best way to disguise this damage to new door

    Hi guys, I've had a new door installed and didn't like the door nails so removed and replaced them. Most came out ok but some left the imprint of the old door nails. The wood is a spanish hardwood similar to teak and stained. What would be the best way to fill these holes without it...
