good morning, heating pump is very hot while suprima 50 lockout . it wont fire up when calling for HW or CH. the inlet pipe toward the pump is also very hot. please help : where and what is the likely problem? what sort of fixs are required ? many thanks.

that would explain it if the water reaches its temperature. when the boiler is not firing, the amber light is flashing once per second.

hot water pipe is quite hot. particular inlet to hot water cylinder. pump seems to be working, hotwater can circulate into hotwater cylinder, but not sure if it is in its best. pump is set to speed 3.

yes, it is working. but does not work straightaway when HW is called. boiler seems to have its own mind and starts at its own time.
