I honetly dont think there is a fault. Bad circulation at worst.

I would be looking for a blockage in pipework
take a magnet and see if you have a magnetic attraction on all the pipework around the area of the cold feed, vent and pump the stronger the magnetic attraction the more the pipes will be blocked
If there is an attraction then you will need to replace pipework on flow in area of cold feed/vent and system will need a good flush

What would you think if we said the PCB was faulty, you spent £200 to replace it and then we said:-

"Sorry, I should have said the fan"?

OK, we will forgive you in this instance.

Suppose the moon landing module reported back to Houston " Houston, we have a problem, the warning lamp is orange"?

Houston, respond by saying " Eagle, abort the mission and return home without landing on the moon ".

Eagle " OK Houston, we are returning to earth without landing and gathering any lunar samples and by the way the lamp was really green!

I've managed to see the Red light flashing this afternoon. when the Red light was flashing, the pump also spining, I can see the spining speed increase as I turn up the speed dial. press the reset button the Red disappear and boiler return to Orange light flashing. the boiler has not started all day today. now I am fully 'landed'. need more help please.
