Thanks for your reply. I do notice that there is some lubricant on the top side of the pink wheel, some on the inner side of the cover where have contacts with the pink wheel. I can try it with some extra lubricant. The camera is olympus 400.

yes, there is water coming to the back of the washing machine. I tested it by unscrew the cap of the inlet water pipe and there is water leaking out in the back of w/m. I also turned off the water and checked that the filter is clear of dirt.

Hi Salem200, I lifted the offending board across the room, used a router to rebate the underside of the floor board since I could not find a thicknesser locally. Also replaced the skirting board around the room.
