    NO2 Been back this week changed the secondary heat exchanger as per Baxi technical still the same, returned with a Diverter valve replaced that and still the same the pump proving switch is not making in DHW mode. Rang Baxi again they said there must be a blockage in the brass manifolds...

    You need an RGI to check the low and high gas pressures (more likely to be the low one from experience).

    Well if this is the case it sounds like the fan aint strong enough, the air venturi is blocked, the aps tubes may be split or the aps is goosed. You need an RGI to check this out if you not one yerself :wink:

    Just bought a kamco powerflush machine which has some FX2 with it, must try it. Does anyone use there powerflush machine for descaling boilers.
