Just found your reply. Yes I can get hot water only but not heating only. Yes it is a baxi bermuda back boiler. The reason I asked about aCM61 is because I have this in my house and find it excellent.

Need a new timer to replace switchmaster 400 which is pretty old fashioned. What is a compatible programmable replacement and would a Honeywell CM61 be suitable.
