    Soil pipe fall

why not lay a cascade system to reduce the chance of solids being left in the pipe? I had to use this to run a sewer pipe from house to Bio-disc at the bottom of slope approx 10 metres lower than the house and about 25 metres away. Building control suggested this method and were very helpful.

Do you have a guttering and downpipe on the garage? If so, why not dig and lay a shallow drain to connect into it. If not , dig a soak away and divert into it. If the ground is 2ft higher than the floor it would be advisable to dig this away to form a path about 2-3ft wide around the walls of...

    New sewer inspection chamber

If you use a preformed plastic Inspection chamber and risers it doesn't have to go on a concrete base, it can be set and surrounded in pea gravel. drainage-soakaway

Here in Scotland the soakaway usually has to be a minimum of 5m from a boundary as well as 5m from a building. Check with local building/ planning control officer. Check also to find out if there is a seperate system outwith the boundary that your rainwater/surface water can be connected into.
