I know what you mean regarding a mixer shower with uneven pressure...it's either too hot or too cold.I have an ikea edsvic kitchen mixer tap and the cold on mains works fine but the hot is slow. Don't most basin mixers actually mix outside the tap ?

That tap is only recommended from 0.3bar on the TP website :(

I have the same problem I intend to peel it off and then mist coat with emulsion. If you must use 123 then I would dilute it. I used it on a dodgy ceiling once and it dried too quick and peeled off. Do you think there is any chance that some herbert has sealed the plaster with PVA?
