    Apologies! I do have a flip up lid! However the illustration in the manual (which says it covers veritas 8, 8 compact and r8 ) shows a row of 8 numbered lights and 2 lights at the far right end ,one says "tamper",and above that "unset".So the image in the manual which came with the unit differs...

    Thanks but the panel does not have a flip up lid . Key pad and row of lights along top I have entered engineer code 1234 and far left light shows red. If I enter a number other than 1234 nothing happens so I assume 1234 is correct as the red light shows? Yes just one zone with contacts on entry...

    Worcester combi pressure low

    My Worcester combi boiler pressure has dropped to zero since I turned of all the rads EXCEPT a small one in the airing cuphoard and a towel rail.Is this normal or can I safely top back up to 1.5 bar? Boiler is 12 moths old. Thanks
