    Just curious really but do you tradesmen get cheesed off when your customers provide their own materials for the job? Do they really save you time by providing their own or do you lose money by not providing your own?

    Looking to paint our front door and staircase in preferred eggshell but the surfaces are currently in gloss. Firstly what's the best way to tackle this and will eggshell not yellow as much or as quickly as gloss? Thanks as usual

    New tap installed but drips ocassionally?

    Put a new kitchen monobloc in on Saturday with flexis and isolators replacing the old copper tails but the new tap drips every few seconds. Likely to be an instal problem or just a typical cheapie tap! Thanks as usual

    Might try and swap over a kichen mixer that has seen better days. A couple of things please... 1.The isolating taps are positioned before (underneath) the washing machine fittings 2.Also the current fittings are rigid copper pipes both leading down to those isolating taps. Are any of...
