Am I allowed to ask for a tradesman on here?

I dont want to breach any rules on here clearly but am I allowed to ask if there are any tradesman that operate locally to me that I can employ for some small jobs I need doing?

Or contact directly on here?

There's a very good man in your neck of the woods who lurks on here, who can certainly help with your drainage and plumbing needs.
