It was installed by the "Professional Company" who constructed the conservatory. I'm led to believe timber skirting would be no good in a conservatory environment. I've bought some pink grip now. Just contemplating whether to stick the loose bit back on, or rip it all off and fix it properly.

Just spotted Dulux Weathershield smooth masonry paint on the screwfix website. Looks like it will do the job unless someone has a better suggestion.

We have these rubbishy concrete gutters. Next door have just had theirs painted and now mine look even tattier. Any suggestions as to best paint for the job and will they need to be primed or is it just a case of putting a couple of coats on? TIA
