Finlock gutters.

We have these rubbishy concrete gutters. Next door have just had theirs painted and now mine look even tattier.
Any suggestions as to best paint for the job and will they need to be primed or is it just a case of putting a couple of coats on?

Just spotted Dulux Weathershield smooth masonry paint on the screwfix website.
Looks like it will do the job unless someone has a better suggestion.
