i painted directly onto new plaster which i now know was wrong, and it left a swirly pattern in the paint, i have spent days and days washing of the paint and now it is back to plaster but the plaster still has the pattern in it that was there when i painted it, i have bought some new plaster...

unfortunately not i just used white emulsion on do you know what i can do to correct it preferably to a smooth surface to repaint, without replastering, and thankyou for taking the time to help me when i have clearly mucked it up. regards Vivien

i have a laburnam tree need to take it down as roots are lifting block paving and heading towards drains and house if i cut it down how do i kill the roots? can anyone help please
