    As above, your problem is the tiles are butted up to the screen. The screen should be fixed on top of tiles.

    I'm taking panels/strips flush to the edge of the tray, then notching/grinding the vertical shower screen support to the same shape and fixing that 30mm in from the edge.

    Get a bending spring for a fiver and a length of pipe and do the whole run in copper. It's really easy to bend copper with a spring by small amounts to get it to line up.     It just pushes on. Cut off the broken bit and push the new end on with a bit of silicone to help it stay on.

    And add a small amount of silicone around the spigot and push the cut back overflow pipe on. That when cured will hold the pipe on.
