    The basin tap in the bathroom takes around the same time to flow hot as the bath taps, all taps are normal taps and not mixer taps.

    Can anyone tell me why it takes about a minute for hot water to come through the hot tab in our bathroom first thin in the morning. Every other hot tap in the house take about 5 seconds to flow through hot. The bathroom is about 20 foor from the how water cylinder, dunno if this is the reason.
