My alarm is an Assenta G3 with Assenta+ Keypad.
The entrance door has contacts and also to cover the window next to it I have a PIR.
The trouble I have is that when we enter through the door to key in our code into the keypad beside the door the PIR picks up our movement and sets off the alarm.
Is there a way that we could have a delay on the PIR in the entrance hallway only so we have enough time to enter our code whilst having no delay on the alarms other PIRs?

What zone is the pir hall on? and do you have the engineer code to gain accesss to the settings? if so reply back and I will tell you how to do it!
