I need to consistantly bleed a small radiator in one of the bedrooms because it make to much noise. I cannot identify the leak I am thinking to use Fernox leak sealer solution in the expension tank can I combine it with fernox protector as well?

I had my chimney leaking as well I could hear dropping into metal because I have a back boiler so must have been dripping into some metal got it fix with some new cement around the chimney pot as well as a leaking gutter for £120. Does it sound right for LONDON E4

My back boiler started playing up. Does not want to start. As a result no CH or HW. The funny thing is it gave some signs 2 weeks ago it started to be slow a t starting which means timer @5pm boiler actually kicking at 5.30. 30mins delay aprox Although If CH eventually working HW will work...
