Update Lowered the striker plate strip approx 7mm, door now locks perfectly! If you're hinge doesn't have height adjustment this could be a solution for others that may encounter a similar issue

As I can't raise the height of the door, I need to lower the striker plate so it aligns with the door. Raising the striker plate won't work as I can't adjust the door

I'd say the hinge side, as soon as I lift the door it engages and locks fine, otherwise it doesn't lock. Thinking to either pack the hinge or lower the striker plate

So the PRV was replaced today the copper prv discharge pipe was full of crud! Engineer cleaned it as best as he could. So far all appears to be fine, although I can still see a slight drip on the PRV pipe outside, hoping it's just residual water!
