Hi I managed to make them almost flush by wedging some card in the gap and then tight butting the above board against it. Once scrimmed over hopefully it should be ok

So i get home, still on 3g, and i get a notification on disarm! I've stayed on 3g, and entered engineer mode and got a notification again. So hopefully it works now...

Just a quick update, seems like i dont get notifications/alerts via the app when im no on wifi. Even though on 3g i can use the keypad, smartkey and view the logs, i cannot see/get any notifications. I have port forwarded 10001 but seems like i am missing something else?

Morning everyone. Just a quick update, it’s working! Got the arm notification last night and this morning got the disarm one too. Test call now works as well. Thanks for your help everyone. Got there eventually.

Thanks for the reply guys. I’ve done the change and added connect via ip. I’m sure I only have 1 area so don’t think I need to change that. Do I need to do anything with option 8 as I selected Contact Id as the arc protocol?
