question for oilman would fitting trickle vents into the windows be enough.or would re placing rads to under the windows help as rads are on opposite sides to the windows,been there ever since i bought house.

yes i do have upvc windows and doors and so do other houses along the terrace,but my house is the only one with dripping windows and mold on my newly decorated walls right next to the frames. the house does have cavitiy walls i cleaned out the cavity at the rear a year or so ago.

I did this i had a concrete yard ,which i dug up ,underneath was clay ,so i dug down a foot ,dug out trenches and put pipes in,but i was lucky to have a gully drain that i could run the pipes into.Works a treat.

Bio fungus fighter seems to have done the trick,no leaves lost since spaying it,nor have i lost any buds (got more flowers on it now than i have ever seen) :D
