Your thoughts on wall insulation

Update for you, The surveyer came round on monday and said we can have cavity wall insulation but as we have had damp works done ,surveyer said was a bit dodgy,i pointed out damp work that we had done 4 years ago which in my opinion is still damp ,and it turns out that it is still damp,carpet under skirting soaking wet,so i willpost another post regaurding this.
