Hi all . Have what i suspect a leak in a flat roof over extension . Torch on stuff .what’s a reasonable price per m2 to refelt etc ? Been quoted £450 which I think seems a bit harsh somehow maybe I’m naïve to these things

Erm hard to tell from street level but doenst on 1st glance look like any up there ? You think perhaps moss raising the tiles ? These tiles were replaced a year ago due to this same prob so I think the roofer has I’m esssnce some sod all

Hi all as above . I noticed some wet marks under some of the roof tiles . Is this normal or supposed to be totally water tight ? Have read conflicting things so any thoughts appreciated

It is auto defrost / frost free . I had a look at the freezer evaporator . Was a lot of ice on it and what I’d call the “pipes “ coming off it with some electronics on we’re totally frozen over. ..so it’s prob not running the defrost . The fan doesn’t kick in ..

Hi as above freezer alarm went off for up to about -8 degrees . Fridge is always fine . Over night it seems to have Resloved but the alarm has been going off every now and then for a while . Anything I can check diy ? Have a multi meter etc

Hi all As above I need to replace a glass panel in an internal wooden door . Trouble is it looks like the glass is integral in the door and seemingly there’s no moulding that’s nailed in to hold the glass in place .it looks more like the glass was put in before the top of side panel of the doors...

The temp at the gauge at the red valve to the right of the pump used to go as hot as can be , now it won’t get above 45 at best if thst

Well up to the pump it’s hot , coming out it’s not if that makes sense..you can feel when the boiler comes on as the pipe before the pump cools a little then gets almost too hot to touch when the boiler fires up . To the right of the pump at the Manifold there is hardly any change this is the setup

Just as an addition , the flow temp just before the pump is really hot so it’s much higher than the 40 odd that’s getting to the manifold

Hi all . All of a sudden my ufh doesn’t get up to temp . Boiler fires up but between the boiler turning off when it reaches temp ans then the 2 minute off and then off when it reaches temperature , the return from the ufh is so cold , that the flow to the manifold never gets hot enough and hence...

Can’t seem to find any that are suitable . My pipe is about 12mm off the wall . Smallest clearance I can find is 20mm . Any thing you know of that fits the bill? Thank you
