    strawboard wall

    Just removed a customers bathroom suite and tiles to reveal 2 internal walls made of strawboard which are damp. What's my options as was believed to be plasterboard which was damp which I would replace then re tile. Haven't got room to tank and board as bath won't fit.

    I can do whatever its the best solution. I'm reckoning on cutting 2 x 25mm deep 30mm wide chase into the slab with my wall chaser. Then 25mm plastic conduit in one for ring main and 22mm pvc copper for the hob in other. Then the ufh can just float over it

    Thanks for the constructive help lads lol Maybe I'd be better off using flexible galvanised 20mm copex than hose though as wouldn't it have a bigger internal od and have the bonus of swirling the gas so creating more of a whirlwind effect at they burners?
