How to remove this shower screen ?!

I've got a leak from somewhere around this and want to remove the shower screen. It's dripping down the tiles behind somewhere around behind where the screen fixing sits against the tiles. The water seems to be running down the hinged bit. Is the semi transparent seal meant to be inside the...

Stove to flue pipe increaser - position

Hi all I've been given conflicting advise so come on here for help. I've got a 7" flue liner currently connected to the same size on an existing stove. I've got a replacement stove that has a 6" stove and so need to fit an increaser. Should this be placed at the top or bottom of the vitreous...

New bath taps and shower mixer advice please!

I currently have a surface mounted mixer shower that is fed by a cold feed from the water tank and a pumped hot water from an old immersion tank. Not sure if its thermostatic or not. The bath taps are not currently pumped. I'd like to replace the taps and shower with some taps that also work...

Can anyone identify this shower mixer please?!

Great tip - thanks, they replied almost immediately saying its a Trevi Blend shower. Now just to work out why its causing water to run down the back of the tiles. Not seen it personally but sounds very odd.

Can anyone identify this shower mixer please?!

Morning all Seem to have a problem with this shower mixer in a rented house. When it's used its leaking water out the back behind the tiles and leaking downstairs apparently.. Just wondering if they have seals or something that might have gone? Probably easier to replace the mixer I guess...

Open and closes are on. Test calls are set to 6 hours and the 'test transmissions' box is ticket. Still won't dial and not even reporting a fault now?! - still something must be turned off... Would 'enable blind dialing' help if it's struggling with a dial tone?

I've also turned test calls on for every 6 hours and it's not trying to dial that either- I.e. No fault messages shown when dialling in! What have I done

Okay, thanks for that. Have turned on Answer Phone Defeat... I've obviously changed some other setting though as it's no longer even trying to report the open/ closures etc?! Any ideas what this could be? What screen shots would you need to see?

Thanks - I will put answer phone defeat back on but would be surprised if that's solved it as I know the line is clear. I think it just gets to wait dial tone. Starting to wonder if there is noise on the line or something. Can I test the line voltage from the phone line?

Thanks- I did try that over the weekend - I don't recall what it said but it didn't seem to dial, it was like it was waiting for a dial tone. It was doing something though as the phone line went from having a dial tone to just being 'dead'. On a couple of occasions it dialled and then said...

What is a test call? Is that within the engineering login mode? When I was on site and tried that, it didn't seem to dial...

Okay, will change that. Can still dial in fine. Think answer phone defeat is off. If I call back a second time after 3 rings it doesn't answer. I did use to have that turned on. Not sure why it changes.

Hopefully screen shots attached... I've shortened the mobile numbers to keep them private. I think I've messed up the settings on engineer mode as now when I exit, the alarm isn't even trying to dial- i.e. Showing a fault as it was before?!
