Can anyone identify this shower mixer please?!

Morning all

Seem to have a problem with this shower mixer in a rented house. When it's used its leaking water out the back behind the tiles and leaking downstairs apparently..

Just wondering if they have seals or something that might have gone?

Probably easier to replace the mixer I guess..!

There is a link on their website for emailing pics to identify showers. If anyone can tell you, they can.

Great tip - thanks, they replied almost immediately saying its a Trevi Blend shower.

Now just to work out why its causing water to run down the back of the tiles. Not seen it personally but sounds very odd.

The plug appears to missing from the top for starters so I would think when showering water is getting in that hole

Its a good point but apparently pours down as soon as the shower is turned on?!
