Floorboards and re-plastered!

here is the floor restored.... new joits, floorboards, plumbing etc..

okie dokies.... We decided to replace the kitchen floor tiles and replaace the worktops as some tiles were cracked and loose.... The existing tiles were laid on ply which was on the floor boords..... My foot went right through the ply, the floorboards and joists!!! DRY ROT...

Experts, I need your help... If I turn off any radiators upstairs the other radiators upstairs and downstairs still get hot - as you would expect. If I turn off a radiator downstairs then ALL the radiators on the ground floor stay stone cold, but the upstairs rads still work! help!!!!

lets say I order the parts, How easy is it to fit on a scale of 1-10 also how long would it take? I am a fairly competent at DIY.

Chris is right, It is a Turbomax The door does indeed open to the right. There is a black panel with green knobs There is a single microswitch which is Green. I wish I had a owners manual so I could attempt this!
