    Flatmaster 2000 vent system

Well we are, its only a small flat and with x2 people living there we produce a lot of moisture even with window open, the bedroom is the worse area. So does anyone have any reviews on the Flatmaster 2000?

    Flatmaster 2000 vent system

I am thinking of having a flatmaster 2000 fitted in my flat to help reduce the condensation. We have followed all other guidelines to reduce the moisture but are still getting it in our small 1 bed flat. Are they any good? Will it be ok to have the duct running through our built in...

    Checkatrade Misleading

[/i] Unfortunately that's not entirely accurate. It should read: "All the trademan on their website have paid a fee to be on the site so it does not give you a fair account of what they are really like" Yes your probably right!

Threatened by GW Plastics in Selsey Chichester.

Checkatrade is a waste of time as it will only allow you to leave positive comments! I tried to leave negotive but all I got was a complants procedure letter sent in the Post. Its a very misleading website as consumers can only see good feedback!

    No Hot water

OK I have just switch the 2 actuators and the boiler fired up to heat the HW and the CH did not come on. So its the Actuator. I am going to order a new one, will the Myson actuator MPE222 fit the same as the Potterton MSV222?

    No Hot water

How about if I switch off the CH and switch the Actuator with the CH actuator (they are the same P/N) and see if the boiler fires up to heat the water? they are only held on to the valve with 2 screws and just lift off without having to disconnect any pipe work. Would that work?

    No Hot water

Thanks misterdubya Do you think its likely to be this actuator that is at fault?

I do not have a meter to test. The orange LED is constantly on. The Valve is a Potterton MSV222 do think think it could possibly be this valve that is casing the problem? Is the micro switch available seperatly?
  19. lordwoody

    No Hot water

Yes there is power the the valve as the orange LED is on. They are Potterton valves
