in a normal house with normal water and under normal usage conditions how long would you expect a glow worm flexicom 18hx to last? mine is under 3 years old and has just broken down,the engineer from edf told me not to expect it to last 5years,is this true?

i want a log burner in the front room but we havent got a fireplace is it possible to have some sort of vent pipe through the wall?also the house is 3 stories high,any ideas how i can get round this?

the top spray bar is spining round spraying water but it wont come off that cycle

hi it starts ok goes to the wash cycle then stays on it,just pumping water around,the filter is clean any ideas?the green light isnt flashing just constant green

its just over 2yrs old and wont run its cycle,its just pouring hot water and not draining away,ive checked the filter thats ok,i slamed the door shut on it and it drained once,but if i try to run the washing cycle it gets stuck again any ideas?
