What paint to use over an external copper gas pipe?

Your last comment doesn't make sense, since I agree with your original comment about paint and disagreeing with Terry. What gives?

What paint to use over an external copper gas pipe?

It does make a difference. Scrap yards wont pay top value for metal which is not clean and they have to strip the paint off.

What paint to use over an external copper gas pipe?

I was told that by paining it, the value of the copper becomes less or not worth stripping the paint off so thieves are less likely to go for it.

What paint to use over an external copper gas pipe?

Just had a new 10m external 22mm gas pipe run installed which is attached to the drive way wall. I want to avoid someone trying to steal the copper pipe, is there any particular paint people use to paint copper with to act as a deterrent?

    PIR ceiling sensors

Really? How do you know it consumes?

    PIR ceiling sensors

Probably the sensor is best positioned immediately above the toilet since it is a small 1.5m by 1.1m W/C. I wasnt sure if it picked up people walking by a small window.

Recommendations for door bell mains transformer?

Which one do you recommend for what I am trying to achieve as there are several there? Is it a better idea to get it wired into a module which goes into the consumer unit or have a standalone transformer?

Recommendations for door bell mains transformer?

Hi Could I please have some personal recommendations for a mains door bell transformer that people here have installed? I am looking for the transformer to provide power to 3 internal bell sounders if possible given the size of the property. I will probably be using 0.75mm two core cable...

    PIR ceiling sensors

Yes that is my worry and I suffer that when staying back late in the office. Have to act like an ape to get the the lights to come on again. Builder is trying to convince me to put this in rather than a switch!

    PIR ceiling sensors

I was thinking of putting a PIR sensor in ceiling of a new small 1.5m x 1.1m W/C to switch on the light and fan. Are these sensors susceptible to accidentally coming on because of a radiator heating up the area or because someone outside the obscured window, walks past? Are the sensors quite...

    2 way dimmer for bedroom

Is the wiring any different in a master/slave setup or just the switches are configured differently? From what you are saying, I can have a two rotary dials? I think as long as there is a dimmer near the bed the other can be a regular switch. Which to have setup as the master in that case...
