    Thanks for that. the reasons are two fold: I like the idea of being able to control the light level. Also with the 12v lights there seems to be limited cable lengths and the last lot of low voltage lights i had proved to be unreliable ( the transformer) cheers

    thanks, really do not want a pull cord in the bathroom. although its two switches its so rare that i would actually dim the lights that for the most time that switch would be left full on. Unless there are any better ideas out there? thanks all

    removing (bathroom) emulsion from grout

    Guys, due to general ineptitude I have (red) bathroom emulsion on some grout in the bathroom tiles is there a product that could remove this? dont really want to use a grout pen as i will then have to do the whole room help please many thanks
