    Possesed Bath

Thanks all. Turns out it was coming from the bottom of the shower waste... Shower and bath waste T together before they reach the soil pipe. Shower has never leaked so I can only assume it was related to the pressure of water when the bath was emptying from full.

Maybe if we just knock that wall down.

UFH was done by myself, got it from these guys https://www.wundatrade.co.uk/ Very helpful they were too. Connection was pretty easy, just need to create a new zone on the existing heating system. Boiler is a Baxi Duo-Tec 40kW combi. Not installed by myself!

    Circuit labelling standards.

Hi. Labelling a circuit in a CU Gnd floor/1st floor is quite obvious and logical. What should you do when the circuit is split: One side of the house Gnd & 1st other side of the house Gnd & 1st Thanks.

    Pop up socket rules

Hi I'm planning my kitchen island layout which includes a sink and pop up socket. I've searched for regulations regarding the proximity of their install and can only find the "guidance" of 300mm. Is this correct? Cheers.
