I've got a brick wall made of all engineering bricks that was put up about six months ago. After the work was done it was cleaned with a brick cleaner, now theres white patches appears on some of the bricks. Was the brick cleaner not cleaned off properly or is there more to it?

Not sure about them being on the wrong side, the TRVs are all bidirectional and I seem to remember it was OK when all the TRVs were all fully on during installation. Only really started to notice the noise after the TRVs were turned down because some of the rooms were too warm. Could go back...
