I have just checked again in the cold light of day and the hot feed is actually in 22mm . Can this feed both showers? i will take a seperate cold feed from tank. Sorry to mess you about.

sorry just got back from pub. I was going to take from the top of the cylinder cutting into the existing pipe feeding the hot water to the house.

Is it possible to have two quartz showers running off the same hot and cold feed ( cold from independent feed on tank and hot from essex flange). Was hoping to cut into the pipework that has already been run for the quartz shower that is already there.

Havent got a crimping tool but have got a connector block and can make it fit. Was just going to put a small bit of 10 mm from connector block to shower terminals as i have some handy.

only extending about 6 inches from one side to the other. No more slack on cable and behind tiles.

I have to repalce an electric shower , however the new shower electrics are on the opposite side. Can i extend the 6mm cable with connector blocks so it can reach the new required position?

I guess it wouldnt implode due to the safelty measures taken with unvented. If i wanted to drain the cylinder is there anything i need to do to bring up to correct pressure or will filling it simpily do this?

Well its not exactly the presure. it is leaking into the tundish. Do i have to drain down cylinder to bring pressure back up

Couple of questions need some help with please. Do i just turn the mains off to stop hot feeds to taps. Is it possible to alter the pressure received at the taps/ shower from this cylinder? (There is a pressure guage near the cylinder.)

Would have to be one and isnt! Do you have to be corgi to work on filling loops (i.e can i get a normal plumber in) or is this included only within Corgi reg work?

I have a combi boiler that is letting by on the filling loop. Can stop it and is relatively gradual ( 1 bar to 3 bar in 4 hours).No easy way to isolate mains as stop cock isnt working properly. Also needs full drain down as filling loop has been put straight into flow pipework so no easy fix for...
