Update - I fitted the auto air valve but after aproxx 30 minutes, the whining noise came back. I thought i'd fixed it grrr

So i've managed to order the part but I can't find any video's or tutorials on how to replace it :-) Think I'm going to ge a good soaking for Christmas. Andy

Thanks for the tips guys - The decking is/was going to be composite and was placed there to make the most of the sunshine. I've just ripped out the old wooden decking because it was in poor shape and in the opposite corner which only got a bit of sunshine. Still, food for thought so thank you Andy
