    Outdoor Garden Brick Reendered planters

Hi Guys - Thank you for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it. I kind of expected this response but wanted to get some other thoughts on it. Spain might be on the cards :-) or not in these times !! I've read a number of posts on here where others have done this and suffered the...

    Outdoor Garden Brick Reendered planters

I'm cross posting this because I'm not sure of the best place to post it. Hi guys I'm redesigning our garden in lockdown. Does anyone know if a DIY'er could build these garden walls/planters? I love the white but also not sure how long they would last until they looked old and miserable. We do...

Baxi 105 e - Hot water is also warming radiators

Hi all... Just wanted to update on the repair. It all went well and the radiators are no longer heating up when the hot water is used :-) There was a scary moment when I refilled the boiler and heard several loud bangs. I was expecting water to spurt out everywhere, but no, all is well. A big...

Baxi 105 e - Hot water is also warming radiators

Cough cough, it's me again :-) Ok I get it now - well almost. So watching the video helped (apologies, I did initially rush into it a bit). I see how it all fits together now and I'll be getting back in there as soon a possible. The only slight confusion is over that bypass pipe at the back and...

Baxi 105 e - Hot water is also warming radiators

Hi all So I changed the diaphragms for the front and top bits, including the springs pin type things and the nuts. The radiators are still getting warm when the hot water is running. Also, could someone advise me what the positions the four valve taps should be in, in everyday use. I should have...

Brilliant advice from you all and very much appreciated. Superb. Do I have to take the whole diverter off or can I service it in place? Again, many thanks Andy

Baxi 105 e - Hot water is also warming radiators

Me again.... I have the kit now and going to try to fix it this weekend. Just to confirm. Which part of the diverter value is causing the radiators to get warm/hot when the hot taps are running please? This will help so I don't have to change everything that's in the kit (there's loads of bits)...

Baxi 105 e - Hot water is also warming radiators

Hi all. We've had this problem for some time now. I have changed the diaphragm on a couple of occasions, the last time being about 2/3 years ago. When we turn the hot taps or shower on, the radiators get warm too, taking away some of the heat from the hot taps or shower. This happens when the...

ok i'm back again, i know, i know, i'm a pain. So after 48 hours I turned the fridge/freezer on today and neither the fridge or the freezer is getting cold (left it on for 3 hours). I could hear the refrigerant circulating and gurgling, but nothing getting remotely cold. I removed the...

Fridge Freezer Combi - Fridge too warm

Thank you for the previous two replies. I have used the 6 year regulation law before and was successful, but because I am no longer on speaking terms with the kitchen appliance suppliers (long story regarding £14k on a new kitchen) I don't have a receipt for individual items. JohnD, I can't...

Hi jj4091 Thank you for replying. I've emptied it and will leave it 48 hours just in case. It's 2.5 years old so it is covered for parts but not labour. I'll try this first... Many Thanks Andy

Fridge Freezer Combi - Fridge too warm

Hi all. We have an integrated combi fridge freezer which two and a half years old and the fridge compartment is at 19 degrees. I set it at 5 degrees but it stays at 19. It's a CDA FW852/2 non self defrosting type. I defrosted it a couple of weeks ago because it was getting noisy. I defrosted it...
