so to summarise, I will get 40mm waste pipe with straight couplers, a few bends, And i will run two along side each other, one for power and one for comms. oh and not to forget the draw string!

well the base is already in, so i guess the cable will enter through the side of the workshop, which is still very good point, so there will be a bend or two. i wanted to get advice on the main garden part as its getting levelled tomorrow, so ill run the duct upto the base and leave it...

I would think its and engine out or partiallt out job on MR2, if it is you might aswell change the clutch at the same time.

How are you starting the car when it fails to start, push starting it or jump leads. Coz if it starts with jump leads that rules out your starter or solenoid, and then the first place to check would be battery or loose terminals. I reckon its a duff battery and needs replacing.
