well they connected the boiler to the mains via a three pin plug and socket in the kitchen i know this is not right and it just looks a sloppy job with plastic pipe running down the walls from upstairs ,no room thermostat and my friend said they seemed to be in a unnatural hurry to get the job...

also the condensate pipe they put in was plastic waste pipe not barrier pipe is this ok.

Hi a friend of mine has just had a new central heating system put in and the installer has put the trv's on the flow side of the radiator is this ok i thought it was better to put them on the return side of the radiator.

Hi i'm fitting the pipe work for this boiler and was wondering were the pipe work exits the jig the pipe work can be routed either behind the boiler to go up or below the boiler to go down, is it exeptable to do both as in instead of a 90 bend for the pipe have a tee so it goes both up behind...
