I think I may get the service provider to see if they can PME the earth but obviously the Ze needs to be below 0.35 for them to do this, if so is the main rcd ok to remain?

Where the + & - go into the coil I will have my cable going from that point to the mag lock as when it is energised the mag locks will work and the secondary side of the relay will go N/o
