From what the bco said it was upto me wether its insulated or not only reccomendation he made was that its easier to do now than later thanks

Hi just had that problem ,building control made us bridge the sewer pipe with 2 lintels 6x4 they were 1.2m long and we had to chase in to the house foundation so the lintel rested 10inches iether side but this was for a double storey extention and then refill hole with pea gravel

As above,the floor membrane is made for floors only,stick to manufactures instructions you should be able to get shulter or durabase matting that do the same thing.The homelux is considered more diy product

Hi i am trying to find out the average a bricklayer can lay in a day to a good standard these will be facing bricks and internal block and insulation i know there are no real averages as every job is different and skill levels,but the bricky will have a labourer . thanks
