    Problem sorted.......managed to force door open......took lock off of door and just tryed puttin it back on :? :twisted: :lol: Lock is now working better than before! something must have been jamed! Glad i dont need a new lock!

    Right! i managed to open the doors and i can see that the hooks (three) do not fully retract into the door when i pull the handle down! - Does this mean i need a new lock? or is there a way to repair!?

    Could be low gas pressure in house! Ie fault with the supply Do you still get decent hot water/heating? Do you have a gas hob in your house? and if so what is the flame picture like? You are Otherwise unable to measure pressures as its a job for Gas safe engineer.

    I heat each pipe up indivually about an inch away from fitting, after a little heat move the flame towards the fitting and solder starts to run.

    Your loud bang (and bent combustion chamber) is caused by fan modulating PCB switching your boiler on/off/on/off - This causes a build up of gas in the combustion chamber! Seen this on every single one of this boilers !
