Thanks for comment on the Exchanger. If pressure is escaping via the condensate is this easy to test? There is warm water evident but in normal operating conditions what quantity of condensate would you expect to see going to the drain? Thanks.

Thanks for the help so far regarding the post on a leaking 26CDi. Just to remind you....PRV replaced. Loss of pressure but runs fine otherwise when charged. Pressure loss seems to be when CH is running but not yet checked this thoroughly. Your comments have been appreciated but am still not...

Replaced PRV. No sign of leaks. Filling loop not connected. Will refill to 1.7 bar but within a day it has dropped below working pressure with two lights flashing. The guage (replaced) will show nearly zero, when reset it will go back up to half a bar. When refilled it operates as normal on DHW...

Freestanding LPG boiler supplying heat and DHW to local public house........the vertical flue sits on the top of the boiler and goes through a 90 degree bend through the wall and is secure. My question is.... what gap filler am I allowed to use to fill around where the flue sits on the boiler...

30 year old house where we have chased in heating pipes down the wall so have decided to have the walls completely replastered/skimmed. Can anyone give me a rough guide price? do you guys uqote as a days work or by square metre? just trying to get an idea before I call in the professionals.

Ignites and burns for two seconds, does this three times then lock out with a display of code 2 (anti cycling protection????) Any suggestions please? Boiler has only been in situ for 14 months but guarantee card was not submitted by owner, hence help needed please.

Fires up three times in rapid succession, gas lights then shuts down on all three occassions then locks out and displays code 2. Any ideas folks? Thanks, John.

Thanks to those who tried to help. As for the rest I assume your relationship with Ideal is a bit dodgy? I am now even hesitent to ask why? I have had responsibility for six Worcestors from a 350 through to several 26's. I have had PCB's replaced at £110 a whack, ignition panels burnt out...

We are binning a troublesome Worcestor 26CDI and installing an Ideal Isar 35HE combi. The house already has a wireless digistat 2 programmer, is their anyone out there who can work out if the wiring can be adapted to receive the signals and convert them to the Ideal circuit? A longshot I suppose?

I need a combi condensing 32-35kw replacement. Not Worcester, I have had my gut full of them after maintaining six of them. Unreliable, and expensive.....I have narrowed it down to a Biasi 'A' rated 'Advance' boiler or the Ariston and possibly the Ideal. Any guidance would be appreciated please...
