Ravenheat CSI 120(T) problem, code 2. Fires up three times?

Ignites and burns for two seconds, does this three times then lock out with a display of code 2 (anti cycling protection????)
Any suggestions please?
Boiler has only been in situ for 14 months but guarantee card was not submitted by owner, hence help needed please.
