Hi. I tried to use the outside tap this morning - very little water came out of the actual tap, but plenty was coming through the wall just below it! I turn it off in winter and just turn it on when I need it. What could be wrong? Help much appreciated.

Thanks, that was really quick and ceiling rose sounds much more professional than round bit! The diagram looks a bit scary but I suppose it should all make sense once the rose is removed and I can see the actual wires.

Erm, not sure - can they be mains fed or use a pump. I don't recall a pump being mentioned so I guess it's mains fed. I'm beginning to think it might be a plumbing issue rather than electrics. Sorry about not replying straight away but my son thought msn was more important than my shower!
