drain requirement for a condensing boiler

Have to agree with Paul there. I fitted loads of Vokers back then as they had the best hot water and they were easily maintained. I am fairly sure that spares are available for their whole range.

    GCH problem with neighbour

Go through the freeholder's agent. She has to abide by the terms of her lease. If you all jointly own the freehold then the same applies. It is normally a condition of the lease to allow reasonable access for works. Had this last year and the other leaseholder had to back down. In the matter of...

Leaky bath mixer via pull lever for tap / shower area

I am afraid that you are asking a lot. I cannot tell you from your drawings exactly how your mixer is built. Decommissioned Baxi Boiler

Well the boiler should be disconnected already. I take it that the gas has already been cut off to it. If it has just take the whole lot out boiler and all. If not then get a gas fitter to cap it off and then you can drag the rest out.

Hot radiators when the combi is heating the hot tap water

The reason your HEX was knackered was because the diverter wasn't doing its job. Water was constantly running through both the heat exchager and the heating system.

    vertical radiator mounting

You should have as many brackets as there are mountings on the back of the radiator. Nothing is ever fixed by the pipes.

    capped off iron gas pipe

Is it still connected to the gas suppy? If not then screed over it by all means. If it is still connected then you should protect it though the chances are that is isn't protected anywhere else if it is old. Paint it over with some bituminious paint and cover it. Can't go wrong then.
