    surrey flange is the proper way to run a shower feed. not from another supply.

    how about trying again yes 12 litres per min a pump can draw from mains before you need approval. an average 9.5kw electric shower will give 3.4 l/m at 35 degrees, 12l/m at 5 degrees. so it is illegal for what he wants. if you want to be funny.

    it's illegal to pump mains water. like you say it sounds like you are supplyed by tank and kitchen by mains. if you have a combi boiler you can fit a mixer supplied of that and have balanced hot/cold pressure. get your incoming mains pressure checked for pressure. is your kitchen sink tap...

    can re-use nut and olive providing it's not been over tightened or the olive crushed many a times you change parts and re-use the olive and nut.

    try sticking it on 3 for 10 mins should get the air out. or shut the system down and remove the centre nut and see if any air releases. or poss could be bearing in pump starting to go.

    will be ok on 1 for now. is it not making a noise when the hw is on heating off ? usallyif the pump is on it's last legs or air in the pump it will be noisey on hw and heating.
