    Hallow block. Just retaining a filled out of compacted rubble to make a risef patio. No soil or water should be inside. It should be pretty dry as there concrete slab and patio slab as finish on top. Ideally a stong normal render would be fine

    I would avoid the 5 spot as we have removed those from another area and they were all loose and full of grass between them. I prefer to have those on full bed and 10mm gap staggered. What would be the best bed to use in this case?
