    as far as i know, if there is a new certification that you require for your EMPLOYMENT then the cost shoud be fronted by your company, - however many of them make you sign stuff to say if you leave you will pay back a percentage etc etc.

    is this question because its coming out at a 45deg angle? ie water sittingon the top edge of the flue against the wall ? if so cant you seal the void with silicon or somthing? before cementing?is there a reg for this?

    no, i did think of that, providine the walls are sound, they will get old adhesive scraped, if the wall deterioates, then it will be sheeted with gyproc- - (should i give an additional quote if i have to do this). like i say it will be 350for swap, and up to 200 gpq if walls require attention, ?
